- Service records (such as DD-214s), VA Rating Decisions, prior CRSC correspondence, and supporting medical or service-history documents that you choose to send us during an engagement
- Any other information you choose to include in messages, calls, or uploaded files
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit standfastveteransgroup.com, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. We may use a privacy-respecting web analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage.

Inside Standfast, access to client records is limited to the principals required to perform the work:

Client records are stored using encryption at rest. Access is restricted to the three principals listed above. 5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain client engagement records for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. Inquiry-only contact information that does not result in an engagement is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted upon request or at our discretion.
